Dept. of Children and Families Fair Hearings Reported
The Elder Law Section offers members a subscription to reported fair hearings regarding ICP Medicaid from the Department of Children and Families. Also included are policy clarification correspondence copied to the Elder Law Section. The reports are e-mailed to subscribers and posted on the Section website at eldersection.org.
